It is with great sorrow that we announce that Mr. Jack Meek passed away on Monday, July 12, 2010. In addition to the many accomplishments listed in his obituary, Jack Meek was a Woodland Tomato Grower for Pacific Coast Producers. He was on the Board of Directors for 27 years, from 1971 - 1998, serving as Vice Chairman from 1975 - 1987, and Chairman of the Board from 1987 - 1990. In 1998, when he retired, Jack was succeeded on the Board, by his son, Steve Meek. Any charitable contributions can be made in Jack's name to Yolo County Hospice.
